The Federal High Court in Abuja ordered Azibaola Roberts, a cousin of former President Goodluck Jonathan, to be remanded in Kuje prison along with his wife pending a ruling on their bail application.
While the husband was sent to Kuje prison, the wife was granted bail. The couple will be tried together.
